My name is Monica Cirasella. I am a licensed psychologist registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy (OPL) – Section A, under number 32404.

My Story
My professional journey was born from the meeting of two worlds: exercise science and cognitive-behavioral psychology. After graduating in Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity, I worked for years as a personal trainer and massage therapist, supporting both healthy individuals and patients with complex conditions. This experience taught me how deeply the body influences the mind, and vice versa.
Since 2021, I have been teaching in upper secondary schools, where I support teenagers in managing performance anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships.
Since 2023, I have been a lecturer in the Master’s program on Eating Disorders, with a focus on: Eating Disorders in childhood and adolescence, and modification of self-perception: body schema and training for wellbeing.
From this experience, SynergyMind was born: a space where I integrate psychology, mindfulness, and the bodily dimension to help people feel better in a concrete and lasting way.
Fields of activity:
Eating Disorders (ED) – I help people recover a peaceful relationship with food and their body, working on emotional awareness, body image, and strengthening self-esteem.
Adolescent and School Psychology – We work on performance anxiety, self-esteem, bullying, and school stress management.
Health Psychology and Sports Support – Focus on motivation, recovery from injuries, and mind-body balance.
Organizational Wellbeing – We manage stress, prevent burnout, and build a positive work environment.
In every journey, I place the person at the center, with a gentle, practical, and evidence-based approach.
